REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Emerald Bridge LLC (“Emerald Bridge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a value-added reseller and does not maintain physical inventory. All products are fulfilled and shipped by third-party suppliers or manufacturers (“Third-Party Providers”).
This Refund & Return Policy governs all purchases made through our website and forms part of our Terms of Service.
We accept return requests under the following conditions:
You must initiate a return request within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Refund eligibility extends up to 30 calendar days from the delivery date, provided the return meets the conditions below.
Requests submitted after the 7-day return request window will not be accepted.
Items must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Eligible for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding original shipping and handling, if applicable).
Items that have been opened, unsealed, or otherwise handled but are still in resalable condition may be accepted at our discretion.
A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Items showing signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or excessive wear are not eligible for return or refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Customers must provide their own prepaid return shipping label.
We do not provide return labels.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Emerald Bridge LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund, unless required by law:
Final sale or clearance items
Digital products, software licenses, or downloadable content
Customized or special-order items
Products explicitly marked as non-returnable
Once the returned item is received and inspected by the applicable Third-Party Provider:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval
Original shipping fees, taxes, duties, or customs charges are non-refundable
Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
Claims submitted outside this window may be denied
Resolution (replacement, refund, or credit) will depend on the Third-Party Provider’s policies.
Orders may only be canceled before fulfillment begins.
Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined above.

All returns are subject to supplier acceptance and inspection
